I offer a variety of coaching options including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and my signature system called R to the Third Power. I also offer coaching both virtually and in person if you live in the state of Washington and are within a 20 mile radius of Seattle.

R^3 (Reset,Restarting, and Redesign) is my signature system that combines NLP techniques, mentoring, and positive affirmations to help individuals overcome trust issues, break through limiting beliefs, and achieve their personal and professional goals. It’s a comprehensive program designed to empower individuals to take control of their lives and reach their full potential.

Each coaching session lasts approximately 1 hour.

The frequency of the coaching sessions is up to you, but I typically recommend that my clients meet with me at least once a week in order to achieve the best results.
